Exterior or Lot Changes If you are interested in any exterior changes, i.e. fences, out buildings, etc., plans must be submitted in writing (fax, e-mail, or mail) and approved by the Architectural Committee prior to the work beginning. You may either fax, mail, or e-mail your request. If you have not received a response within two weeks, please contact the A Vantage Properties to ensure your request has been received and processed.
